Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order via email at dr.tremp@hin.ch or call +41 41 784 02 66.

Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it within 24 hours and notify you via email. If your cancellation request is processed within the 2-hour window, a refund will be issued within 24-48 business hours. For orders that have already been shipped, refunds will be processed once the products are returned and verified at our warehouse.

Return Policy

At Dr. Tremp, we are committed to ensuring that all our products meet high-quality standards. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return:
    • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective and cannot function as intended.
    • Products with superficial defects or packaging issues are not eligible for return.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, contact us via email at dr.tremp@hin.ch.com or call +41 41 784 02 66 within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order ID and details of the damage or defect, including images of the product and packaging.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Products that have been used, altered, or returned after the 7-day period are not eligible for return.
    • Free gifts and products included in kits or sets must be returned as a whole, and individual items from such sets are not eligible for return.
