Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not possible, and we do not offer or accept returns unless the item you received is defective.

Shipping Information

Shipping Costs Shipping costs cover the transportation and packaging of the ordered goods to the specified delivery address. Please note that customs duties for parcels are the buyer's responsibility. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process and are subject to change.

Shipping Rates

• Europe: 8 € (DHL or DHL-Express) - 5-8 business days
• Kosovo, Albania: Free shipping
• Macedonia: 3 € - 1-3 business days
• Other countries: 15 € (Swiss Post Priority Plus or registered mail)
• Worldwide: Free shipping for orders over 300 €

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not charged by the supplier but must be paid to the local customs or tax authorities. Customers are advised to check with their local customs or tax authorities for details before placing an order.
